Eddie Estrada brings decades of experience to the table, building the venue of his dreams with help from the whole family. Featuring recipes from Eddie’s mother Emma, 31st Grill is not just family-owned, it’s family run.
As a family, we know what it means to juggle busy schedules, long workdays, and the need for a quick, nutritious business lunch in the middle of the day. We also know the joy of a lazy Sunday brunch with the people you love and the need to find a venue suitable for a large birthday celebration with a menu that will please everyone in the party. That’s why we’ve created a space that fits all of it – made to fit your schedule, your family and your appetite!

Awesome food, terrific, friendly efficient staff.
My husband had the farmers bowl for breakfast. We had a lovely experience. The staff was a an impressive, whirling bunch of coordinated effort. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching everyone. They seemed to be so on top of their game and all with a smile. Would come back for the food and put it top of the list because of the staff.
I’m so glad they’re finally open! We did have a wait, but we were checked on by the hostess several times. Seated at a great booth, and our server was very attentive. Brought coffee over right away,which was very good! I ordered the Lemon Ricotta pancakes with a side of bacon, eggs, and hash browns. My husband had a Growers Bowl and a side of sourdough toast. Both meals were very good! We would have taken home some of their wonderful pastries,but we were so full! I’m excited to try their lunch or dinner menus.
Wow, just great! If you’re a fan of Emma’s like we are, you’ll absolutely love it here. A nice variety of menu options made it hard to choose but we’re happy to keep coming back to try more. Dining area was spotless, staff were abundant and all very friendly. The food was terrific. The Cuban sandwich was delicious, and the burger with chiles was so juicy and flavorful. Our food arrived hot and so very tasty. We’re so happy for the owners to have this big place with the ability to offer such a nice menu. We also appreciated being able to grab our favorite muffins to go, saved us a stop in the way home.We can’t wait to be regulars.
